A portion of a gorgeous 30-acre property near the Napa and Sonoma Wine Country region will be used as a guest retreat. An existing dilapidated structure was rejuvenated to provide generous spaces for focused retreats, leisurely get-togethers, and communing with the beautiful surroundings. Multiple walls were removed, and window-wall openings extended to invite the outside in. A new kitchen and all new baths bring the modern conveniences to bear, while nodding to the rustic setting with wood walls, cork floors, and dark finishes. An outdoor shower and extended decks allow one to further experience the woods and distant vistas.
